A distributor consolidating five entry points into one
In short
A distributor was clearing in four member states through three brokers, with inconsistent classification across them. Consolidating onto one gateway fixed the classification drift before it fixed the cash flow.

The problem
The same article was declared under three different commodity codes by three brokers.
What we did
One classification review, one declarant, clearance in Slovakia under procedure 42 with onward supply to the destination states.
The result
Consistent classification, one point of contact, and import VAT no longer pre-financed at entry.
The client holds its own Slovak VAT registration. We do not act as fiscal representative, and that condition was settled before the first container moved.
